Reviews policy
Updated: 2026-07-27
Reviews are how trust travels on Casamigo. These are the rules that keep them honest.
Who can review
- Both sides of a completed booking can leave a rating and a written review — no completed booking, no review.
- Ratings cover three things: quality of work, communication and punctuality.
- On company jobs, the customer can review the company or the assigned professional.
The rules
- Reviews must be honest and based on your actual experience.
- No personal attacks, hate speech, or revealing the other party's personal data.
- An automated filter blocks clearly abusive content at posting time; reported reviews are reviewed by a human and may be removed.
Editing, deleting and responses
- You can edit your review for 30 days after writing it, and delete it at any time.
- The professional a review is about can post one public response.
Keeping ratings honest
Every review is tied to a real, completed booking. Other users see your name as a first-name initial. Averages are weighted so that jobs which ended in a refund count less, and many reviews from the same person can't dominate a rating.
