Casamigo connects you with independent professionals for your home — with protected payments from booking to approved work.
The ways to book
- Direct booking: pick a service with a fixed price, choose a professional and a time slot. The price is an estimate based on your home's details — the professional may adjust it on arrival to match the actual scope, and you can decline before work begins.
- Post a job: describe what you need, receive bids, compare profiles and reviews, and accept the one you like.
- Subscription: recurring visits — weekly cleaning, garden care — charged per visit, pause or cancel anytime.
- Projects: bigger jobs split into phases, paid phase by phase — never a big upfront payment.
What Casamigo is
The service contract is between you and the professional — Casamigo is the intermediary that handles booking, payment, refunds and mediation. Every payment is held by Stripe (Protected Payment) and only released to the professional once the work is done.
From booking to payment
- You accept and pay — Stripe holds the money.
- The professional checks in at your address with GPS and documents the work with before/after photos.
- You approve the work — or it auto-releases 24 hours after completion.
- Both sides leave a review.
