Service fees and price transparency
Updated: 2026-07-27
Posting is free and nobody pays for leads or contacts. Fees apply only when real work is paid for — and the rates drop as jobs grow.
The fees
- Up to €2,000: 5% customer service fee · 13% professional commission
- €2,001 – €5,000: 4% service fee · 10% commission
- €5,001 – €15,000: 3% service fee · 7% commission
- Over €15,000: 2% service fee · 5% commission
The service fee is added on top of the price you accept. The commission is deducted from the professional's payout. No subscription, no lead fees — nobody pays anything if a job doesn't happen.
Rates are marginal — like income tax
Each band of the job amount pays that band's rate, so there are no cliff effects. Example (customer side): a €6,000 job pays 5% on the first €2,000, 4% on the next €3,000 and 3% on the remaining €1,000.
What the fee covers
Secure payments through Stripe, Protected Payment on every job, dispute mediation if something goes wrong, and customer support. There is no paid ranking — no one can pay for better placement in search results.
VAT
The customer service-fee percentages include VAT (IVA). The professional commission is stated excluding VAT: registered professionals account for it themselves under reverse-charge rules, and until a professional's tax registration is on file, VAT is added to the commission. Exact amounts are always itemised before you confirm a payment.
