Right of withdrawal

When you book a service through Casamigo at a distance, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar dayswithout giving any reason (arts. 102 et seq. of the Spanish TRLGDCU). The period runs from the conclusion of the contract — that is, from when you accept the professional's bid and pay.

Who provides the service

The service contract is between you and the professional (self-employed or company) you accepted. Casamigo AS acts as an intermediary and handles payment and refunds; the professional's details appear in your order confirmation and in your dashboard.

How to withdraw

An unambiguous statement before the deadline is enough. You can:

cancel the booking from your account (dashboard → your booking → "Cancel"), or
write to support@casamigo.app from your account email — you may use the form below.

If you send us your withdrawal electronically, we will acknowledge receipt without delay on a durable medium (email).

Effects of withdrawal

Before the service has begun: we refund all payments received, including the Casamigo service fee, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days, using the same payment method (art. 107.1 TRLGDCU).
If you expressly requested that the service starts during the period (the box you ticked at checkout) and you withdraw once performance has begun: you pay only a proportional amount for the part already performed (art. 108.3 TRLGDCU) and the rest is refunded.
Once the service has been fully performed: the right of withdrawal is lost (art. 103.a TRLGDCU), as you acknowledged at checkout.

Outside the withdrawal period, the contractual cancellation policy in the Terms of Service applies.
