Booking and paying

What you see before you pay, and how your money is protected while the job runs.
Before you pay
Every payment is itemised before you confirm: the job price, the Casamigo service fee, and the total. No hidden charges — if a job doesn't happen, nobody pays anything.
Protected Payment
Your payment is held by Stripe, an independent regulated payment processor. Casamigo never sees your card details, and neither does the professional. The money is only released when you confirm the work is done — or automatically 24 hours after completion. If you open a dispute before release, the payment stays on hold while it's resolved.
Subscriptions and projects
- Subscriptions: each visit is charged separately 1–2 days before it happens — skipping a visit that hasn't been charged is free.
- Projects: phase 1 is charged when you accept; each later phase only when you approve the previous one.
If plans change
Cancellation is free until 24 hours before the visit, 75% is refunded until 2 hours before, and refunds reach your card within 5–10 business days. The full ladder — including your statutory right of withdrawal — is in the cancellation policy.
