Getting paid
Updated: 2026-07-27
How money flows from the customer's card to your bank account.
The flow
- The customer is charged when they accept — Stripe holds the money, so you're never chasing payment.
- You mark the job done with the after-photo; the customer approves, or the payment auto-releases after 24 hours (7 days for project phases).
- After release, Stripe transfers to your bank within 1–2 business days. Your very first payout can take up to 7 days while Stripe verifies your account.
Commission
Commission is deducted only when you're paid: 13% on the first €2,000 of a job, then 10% / 7% / 5% on the bands above — computed marginally, so bigger jobs pay a lower effective rate. The commission is stated excluding VAT: once your tax registration is on file you account for it yourself under reverse-charge rules; until then VAT is added. Exact amounts are always itemised.
Your invoice
You sell the service and issue your own invoice to the customer. Casamigo's receipt to the customer is a payment summary — it is not your invoice, and Casamigo never issues invoices on your behalf.
