No-show policy
Updated: 2026-07-27
If the professional doesn't show up for a booked visit, your money is protected and the refund is automatic. Here's exactly how it works.
When you can report a no-show
- Bookings with an agreed clock time: from 30 minutes after the scheduled start.
- Flexible-time bookings (or no agreed clock time): from 22:00 on the scheduled day — the professional has the whole day.
- The professional may just be delayed — consider sending them a message in chat first.
What happens next
- The professional gets a 15-minute window to respond.
- If they check in at your address (GPS-verified), the claim is dismissed and the booking continues.
- If they don't, the booking is cancelled and your full payment — including the service fee — is refunded automatically within minutes. You can also confirm the no-show yourself to skip the wait.
- While a claim is open, the payment is frozen: nothing is released to anyone.
Projects
Multi-day project work has no automatic no-show — material runs, traffic and supplier holds cause too many legitimate early delays. If a phase is genuinely off track, open a dispute and we'll mediate.
For professionals
A confirmed no-show is recorded against your account. If you're on site, check in with GPS — that's what clears a claim.
