The service fee covers Stripe payments, escrow, dispute mediation, and customer support — that's it. No subscription, no hidden charges.

Open a dispute directly from the booking. Our mediation team reviews GPS check-in, before/after photos, and chat history to make a fair decision. Refunds are processed automatically based on our cancellation policy.

Yes. More than 24 hours ahead: full refund. Between 2 and 24 hours: 75% refunded to you, 25% kept by the professional for the late cancellation. Less than 2 hours: the professional keeps the payment. Same model as Airbnb.

Your full address is only shared with the professional whose bid you accept. Until then, professionals see your neighbourhood — not the exact location.

Yes — Stripe accepts cards from all EU countries. No hidden foreign transaction fees from Casamigo.

It depends on the booking. If you booked a specific time, you can report a no-show 30 minutes after it. If you booked a flexible day, you can report it after 22:00 that day. Larger projects use the dispute process instead. Refunds are processed automatically.

Yes — for cleaning and pool care you can book directly at a fixed price instead of posting a job and waiting for bids. Pick an available professional and time, pay into escrow, and you're booked. The same protections apply: GPS check-in, before/after photos, and dispute mediation. For other services you post a job and compare bids as usual.

The professional sets their own fixed prices for these services up front — so what you see is what you pay. The price covers the work described; if you need extras, you can add them at booking or arrange them in chat. There's no bidding step and no surprise charges.

For everything you pay through Casamigo, you get a clear payment receipt — a summary of what you paid, not a VAT invoice. If you need a formal invoice (factura) for the service itself, your professional issues it directly under their own tax ID, as Spanish law requires.
