Build your business on Casamigo

Yes — for jobs in Spain you need to be registered as a freelancer (autónomo) or as a company. Your gestor can help with this. Not registered yet? You can still get started — but VAT is added to Casamigo's fee until you are, because we can only apply the reverse charge once we hold your NIF. You issue your own invoices, and Casamigo gives you everything to make that easy: the figures from every Casamigo job, a CSV/PDF export for your gestor, and quarterly earnings summaries.

Our commission is tiered and gets lower on bigger jobs: it starts at 13% of the bid amount and decreases band by band down to 5% on the largest jobs. If you are registered as an autónomo or a company, no VAT is added — you account for it yourself under the reverse-charge rules. Until your tax registration is on file, Spanish VAT is added to the commission. There are no other fees, and your exact payout is always itemised before you bid. The homeowner pays a separate service fee on top — starting at 5% and decreasing to 2% — which doesn't come out of your earnings.

Funds release within 24 hours after the homeowner confirms the job is complete (or automatically after 24 hours if they don't respond). Stripe transfers to your bank within 1–2 business days after that.

Of course. Casamigo is a way to find more work — not a replacement for clients you already have. There's no exclusivity clause.

You bring your own professional liability insurance, and we display it on your profile so homeowners can see it. Stripe handles payment-fraud protection on the platform side.

Casamigo works in any browser on your phone, tablet, or computer — no download needed. Native iOS and Android apps are on the way. You'll be notified about new jobs that match your area.

Yes. If you qualify for cleaning or pool care, you can publish fixed prices and let homeowners book you directly — no bidding needed. You stay in control: set your availability, and direct booking auto-pauses when you're fully booked or unavailable, so you never get a slot you can't cover. You can turn it off at any time and still bid on posted jobs.
