Plan the phases

Provider breaks the project into 2–5 phases with clear deliverables and a price for each. You see the whole plan before you accept.

Pay one phase at a time

Money for phase 1 goes into escrow. Phase 2 is paid only when phase 1 is approved. No big upfront payment — no risk of disappearing providers.

Photos and check-in per phase

Each phase ends with photo evidence the work is done. Approve, and the provider moves to the next phase.

Extra work? Change orders

Found rotten wood under the tiles? The provider proposes a change order with photos, materials, labour, and price. You approve before they start. No surprise bills.

Example: bathroom renovation

Phase 1: demolition (€800) → Phase 2: plumbing rough-in (€1,500) → Phase 3: tiling (€2,200) → Phase 4: fixtures & finish (€1,500). You pay one phase at a time as the work happens.

When you accept a bid, your payment is securely held by Stripe — an independent, regulated payment processor. The provider never sees your card details. Funds are only released once you confirm the job is complete, or automatically after 24 hours if you don't respond. Full and partial refunds are available depending on cancellation timing.

Every provider is identity-verified and reviewed by real homeowners in your area.

Providers complete a full identity verification through Stripe, including ID document upload and address confirmation. They also build a public profile with portfolio photos, skills, service categories, and ratings from previous jobs. You can browse their full profile before accepting any bid.

GPS Check-in

Providers check in on-site with GPS verification so you know the work is being done.

When a provider arrives at your property, they take a before-photo that is automatically tagged with GPS coordinates and a timestamp. This confirms they are physically at the right location. If the GPS shows they are too far from the job address, a warning is displayed to both parties.

Before & after photos with GPS metadata give you full transparency on every job.

Every job is documented with mandatory before and after photos. Both photos include GPS coordinates and timestamps that are stored permanently. This creates an objective record of the work performed, which is invaluable if any dispute arises. Photos are visible to both the homeowner and the provider.

Chat with Auto-Translation

Write in your language — messages are translated automatically so you and your provider always understand each other.

Our built-in messaging system lets you communicate directly with your provider without sharing personal phone numbers or email addresses. Messages are automatically translated between languages using Google Cloud Translation, so a Norwegian homeowner and a Spanish provider can chat seamlessly. You can always view the original text alongside the translation. Job instructions can also be translated on demand.

Recurring Bookings

Schedule weekly or bi-weekly services that renew automatically — no need to rebook every time.

Set up a recurring series for regular cleaning, gardening, or maintenance. Bookings are created automatically on your chosen schedule, and your provider receives a time proposal they can accept or suggest changes to. You can pause, extend, or cancel the series at any time from the booking screen.

Dispute Protection

Not satisfied? Our mediation team resolves disputes fairly with full refund support.

If something goes wrong, you can raise a dispute directly from the booking. Our team reviews the evidence — GPS data, before/after photos, chat history, and provider check-in records — to make a fair decision. Refunds are processed automatically based on our cancellation policy, and no-show claims are handled within 15 minutes.

Posting jobs is free. When you accept a bid, you pay the provider's price plus a 5% service fee. The service fee covers Stripe payments, escrow, dispute mediation, and customer support — that's it. No subscription, no hidden charges.
Open a dispute directly from the booking. Our mediation team reviews GPS check-in, before/after photos, and chat history to make a fair decision. Refunds are processed automatically based on our cancellation policy.
Yes. More than 24 hours ahead: full refund. Between 2 and 24 hours: 75% refunded to you, 25% kept by the provider for the late cancellation. Less than 2 hours: the provider keeps the payment. Same model as Airbnb.
Your full address is only shared with the provider whose bid you accept. Until then, providers see your neighbourhood — not the exact location.
